I stayed at Springhill Suites in Alameda and found the check-in process smooth. The staff members were friendly and welcoming. The room featured 2 queen beds and a sofa bed, which was perfect for my family. We loved how comfortable the beds were, making for a restful night's sleep. Breakfast had a decent variety, but it would have been better with more options like real sausage instead of just vegan. I also appreciated the waffle machine, though it was only available on one day during our stay. The location felt safe, and it was nice to have free Wi-Fi in the room. On a less positive note, one night, I experienced a loud boom that shook the bed, disrupting sleep. It would have been great if the hotel addressed this issue promptly. Overall, my family's experience was mostly positive. we enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back. However, I hope for better breakfast choices in the future.

We had a pleasant experience with spacious accommodations that offered a fridge and microwave—perfect for our family's needs. Breakfast options were decent, though it would have been nice to see more variety. However, the bathroom door being frosted glass was a bit awkward for privacy.

We appreciated the short walk to the North Domingo Baca Park where we enjoyed the lovely views and trails, along with the fantastic dining options just minutes away, like Jason's Deli and Asian Pear, which made our stay extra enjoyable for our family.

Comfortable suite, convenient location, with free Wi-Fi and parking making it easy for a family with children to explore the city and enjoy a stress-free stay.
